About the role
We are seeking a Frontend Developer to build responsive, high-performance interfaces for Prosli AI hiring platform. You will translate complex workflows, including real-time AI competency interviews and evidence-based scorecards, into intuitive user experiences. Working in a fast-paced early startup environment, you will own client-facing features from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and ship responsive, accessible web interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
- Integrate frontend components seamlessly with Supabase backend services, real-time data feeds, and AI interview pipelines
- Build interactive hiring dashboards, candidate evidence ledgers, and dynamic evaluation scorecards
- Collaborate directly with founders to iterate on design, user experience, and technical architecture under rapid timelines
- Optimize client-side performance, state management, and asset loading to ensure low-latency user sessions
- Maintain high code quality standards through thorough code reviews, structured typing, and automated testing
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on modern frontend web development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and component-based frontend architectures
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs and third-party backend services like Supabase
- Demonstrated ability to build complex, responsive user interfaces with strict attention to performance and usability
- Proven track record of operating independently and shipping product iterations in an early-stage or fast-moving environment
Preferred experience
- Prior experience working with real-time audio, video, or streaming text interfaces
- Familiarity with design systems, Tailwind CSS, and web accessibility standards
- Background in building HR technology, assessment platforms, or complex data visualization dashboards
