About the role

We are looking for a mid-level marketing professional to drive growth and engagement for our AI hiring platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in moderation tools, community platforms, or user-generated content platforms and will thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first culture. This role will focus on growth or product marketing for a B2B SaaS product.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive signups, engagement, and retention for our AI hiring platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and products
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Create and curate content for our blog, social media, and other marketing channels
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record of driving measurable signups, engagement, or retention for a technical product
  • Experience with moderation tools, community platforms, or user-generated content platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred experience

  • Experience with AI or machine learning-based products
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies
